Short-Term Rental Rules
These rules apply to all guests staying in apartments and houses managed by Gintarinenuoma.lt. By making a reservation, guests confirm that they have read and agree to comply with these rules.
Booking and Payment
- A reservation is considered confirmed only after full payment or the agreed-upon deposit has been received.
- Additional services (pets, extra guests, etc.) are charged separately.
Cancellation Policy
- If the reservation is canceled, the deposit is non-refundable.
- In case of no-show or early departure, payments made are non-refundable.
Pet policy
- Pets are allowed only if arranged in advance.
- A fee of 10€ per day applies for pets.
- Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pets to the property.
Damage and Liability
- The tenant is responsible for any damage to the property caused by themselves or by any accompanying guests.
- Any observed damage or issues must be reported immediately.
- Damage will be reimbursed based on the actual repair or replacement costs.
- The owner is not responsible for the loss or damage of guests’ personal belongings.
Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM
- Check-out: by 12:00 PM.
- Early check-in or late check-out is possible only if arranged in advance and subject to availability.
- Instructions for arrival and self check-in are sent prior to your stay.
Force majeure
The owner is not responsible for temporary inconveniences caused by circumstances beyond their control, including, but not limited to, interruptions in electricity, water, or internet supply, natural events or other unforeseen situations.
Personal Data Protection
- Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Data is used solely for reservation management purposes and will not be shared with third parties without a legal basis.
Final Provisions
The owner reserves the right to refuse accommodation to guests who violate these rules, without refund.
